Are you skilled with tools and enjoy hands-on work? We're looking for a Repair Technician to join our growing team in East Syracuse. In this role, you'll inspect, repair, and refurbish mobile office trailers and modular buildings, ensuring each unit is safe, functional, and customer-ready.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, roofing, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

Inspect returned mobile offices and modular units for repair needs
Perform carpentry repairs including walls, flooring, doors, trim, and structural components
Complete basic electrical repairs such as lighting, outlets, and breakers
Repair and install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water systems
Troubleshoot and perform minor HVAC repairs
Replace damaged windows, doors, fixtures, flooring, and other components
Refurbish and prepare units for customer delivery
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure long-term performance
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Document repairs and materials used
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
✔ 1+ years of experience in:
✔ Experience using hand and power tools safely
✔ Basic carpentry experience
✔ Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair
✔ Basic plumbing repair and installation
✔ HVAC troubleshooting or repair experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔ Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Commitment to workplace safety

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
