Job Description

Salary: $125,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI)
• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, REST APIs, and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience with Git-based version control
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an organized, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interest in learning and contributing to a collaborative team
• Candidates must work onsite in Milwaukee, WI, for at least the first 90 days
• This role is open to W2 candidates only; C2C candidates will not be considered
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder certification; experience with Tableau Next or similar analytics tools; experience in Agile or sprint-based development environments

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Complete development work from a prioritized backlog
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Support deployments, version control, and release activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation
