Job Requirements, Experience, & Skills Required:Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environmentDeliver outstanding sales and service, strive to retain and gain customersProvide the best customer experience to every customerDemonstrate leadership and promote teamworkMotivate staff to continually improve performanceAbility to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be able to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and/or holidaysAbility to stand/walk for extended hoursPerform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePOS Systems Knowledge .Point Of SaleExcellent communication, verbal and written skillsAbility to understand budgets, sales, scheduling impact, goals, and allocationsSpanish language ability is not required but considered a plus

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior wireless or retail sales experiences a must. Must have experience with operations, merchandising, sales and stock activities
