Job Description Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager (PTC Windchill)

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with strong expertise in PTC Windchill and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to manage end-to-end enterprise PLM projects.

• The ideal candidate should have successfully managed multiple PTC Windchill implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, preferably within the Healthcare / Medical Devices industry.

• The candidate should also have sound knowledge and exposure to UDI (Unique Device Identification) and Regulatory Hub-related topics, along with strong customer-facing project management and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to plan and execute projects.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution planning, implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Contribute to project estimation and facilitate project transition from sales to delivery teams.

• Manage project initiation, mobilization, and execution activities.

• Define and document project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication documents.

• Estimate project resources, participants, and budget requirements.

• Prepare budget proposals and recommend budget changes when required.

• Coordinate onshore, offshore, customer teams, and third-party contractors or consultants.

• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and critical paths.

• Monitor project progress and communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Manage project closure and transition support responsibilities back to customer IT and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• PTC Windchill: Strong experience managing PTC Windchill-related projects.

• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management): Solid understanding and experience in PLM technology and implementations.

• Implementation, Upgrade & Migration: Experience managing multiple PTC Windchill implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

• Project / Program Management: Strong experience in end-to-end project planning, execution, estimation, budgeting, and delivery.

• Healthcare / Medical Devices: Industry experience or exposure to healthcare and medical device projects.

• UDI & Regulatory Hub: Sound knowledge and exposure to UDI and Regulatory Hub-related topics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 12 15 years of overall professional experience.

• Strong customer-facing project management experience.

• Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams.

• Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Ability to deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
