Your Role at Sephora

As a Seasonal Associate youll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory stock replenishment order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephoras brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe secure and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary with an expected schedule of 014 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday October 5 through Sunday January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail hospitality or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
