Be a part of the driver shortage solution by joining us today!Duties/Responsibilities:Follows a planned bus route to and from various locations to pick up or drop off passengers.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of assigned bus.Loads and unloads passenger baggage.Assist passengers on and off the bus when help is needed to ensure passenger safety.Comply with all DOT, Federal and State traffic laws and regulations.Reports any mechanical issues with bus such as brakes, steering, air conditioning, or other issues. Completion of initial training and any ongoing training.Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Ability to operate a bus safely.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Outstanding customer service skills.Punctual to work.Education and Experience:Must be 23 years of age.Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CDL with provided training.Trans-Bridge will train and help obtain CDL, Class B, with air brakes and passenger endorsements.Physical Requirements:Must pass drug and alcohol screenings and DOT physical exam.Prolonged periods of operating the bus.Must be able to assist passengers when needed.Be able to lift 60 pounds and be able to lift 60 pounds at least 14 inches from road level.Must be able to work holidays and weekends when needed.Full-time & Part-time Benefits:Sign On Bonus Potential ($500-$3,500 based on experience) (FT & PT)Company paid training (FT & PT)Medical/Dental/Vision (FT only)Health Flexible Spending (FT only)Company Paid Life Insurance & Short Term Disability (FT only)401(k) (FT & PT)Paid Vacation Time (FT only)Paid Personal Days (FT only)Paid Holidays/Holiday Pay (FT only)Paid layover time (FT & PT)Uniform Allowance (FT & PT)Flexible Schedules (FT & PT)Training:Those with CDL License, company paid basic training.
