Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Mississippi Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year About the Role As an LPC, you’ll work directly with clients who are looking for help with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and difficult life changes. Each case is different, and your role is to understand what is happening, provide the right level of support, and help clients work through the issues that brought them to counseling.
This is a full-time remote position with regular weekday hours, giving you the opportunity to stay focused on client care without an evening or weekend schedule. What You’ll Do - Meet with clients for scheduled one-on-one counseling sessions - Learn about each client’s concerns, history, and current situation - Help clients identify what they want to address in therapy - Provide counseling for emotional, behavioral, and everyday life concerns - Keep session notes and clinical records current - Follow up on changes or concerns that come up during treatment - Recommend additional services when a client needs support beyond counseling - Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries - Follow Mississippi LPC licensing and ethical requirements Requirements - Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field - Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi - At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred - Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred - Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills - Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems Benefits - 2 weeks PTO - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If this sounds like the kind of role you’re looking for, apply today.
