Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide counseling, behavioral health assessments, and therapeutic support to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify clients' behavioral health needs.
Provide counseling and therapeutic services within the scope of licensure.
Develop and document individualized treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Coordinate care with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals.
Maintain confidentiality and follow professional standards.
Qualifications
Applicable professional counseling license required for the position.
Previous counseling or behavioral health experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
