Position Details
- Role: Temporary Administrative Support Specialist (HR Ops)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Duration: Immediate start through June 30, 2027

Responsibilities
- Intake & Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for leave inquiries, using active listening and empathy to guide employees.
- Leave Case Processing: Assist with the administration, tracking, and documentation of statutory leaves (FMLA, PFL, PPL, STD, LTD).
- Time & Attendance: Support timekeeping processes, verify records, and utilize basic math skills for record reconciliation.
- Records Digitization & Integrity: Index, digitize, and maintain confidential leave records in full compliance with privacy standards.
