We’ll teach you to design, price, and sell landscapes. $70-80K + [commission].

The role

You’ll grow enhancement work with commercial clients, starting with properties we already take care of. You’ll walk the site, see what could be better, design it, price it, and present it. Our install crews build it, so you see your work in the ground.

You don’t need landscape experience. We’ll train you.

What we can’t teach is who you are. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Hungry: You want more, push without being told, and follow through.
• Humble: You take feedback, admit what you don’t know, and put the team and the client first.
• Smart: You read people well, learn fast, and know what to say and when.

How we’ll train you

• First 30 days: Ride with our sales, design, and install teams, and learn our clients, plants, and pricing.
• Days 30-90: Build your first designs and proposals, with a mentor reviewing each one.
• By 90 days: Run your own client walk-throughs and presentations.
• Ongoing: Design software and plant training provided.

Helpful, but not required

• Plant knowledge, landscape design, or sales experience
• Degree in horticulture, landscape design, or business
• Design software experience

Required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Working conditions

Split between the office and client properties. You’ll walk sites in all weather and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
