Job Description

Labcorp seeks an Inventory Coordinator for its Raritan, NJ facility to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory systems, and support supply chain efficiency. The role involves equipment operation, shipment processing, stock monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, bailers, and scanners safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Process received goods into inventory management system accurately and timely
• Monitor stock levels and distribute supplies to staff; restock workstations and maintain appropriate inventory
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits; identify and report discrepancies to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to handle biological specimens and identify them accurately
• High attention to detail with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities
• Comfortability working independently and within team settings
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
• 3+ months warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control experience (preferred)

Compensation: $18.25–$22/hr
