Candidates must be 18 years or older, and experience in retail or sales management is a plus! Responsibilities Modeling excellent customer service, building brand loyalty, and helping associates meet daily and weekly revenue goals. Implementing merchandising directives and setting up displays to optimize the shopping experience and boost sales. Help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Process incoming shipment. Meet operational deadlines. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines. Train, delegate, and supervise staff. Drive & achieve retail sale metrics goals. Lead store operations while the store manager is off duty.
