Dental Office Manager / Office Leader

Location: The Dental Co. of Leesburg | Leesburg, VA

Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000 annually

We’re looking for a strong, results-driven Dental Office Manager who knows how to lead a team, grow a practice, and deliver an exceptional patient experience!

What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop: Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing dental team.
• Drive Results: Own practice performance, production, collections, and profitability.
• Keep Schedules Full: Maximize scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and treatment opportunities.
• Increase Case Acceptance: Confidently present treatment plans, financial options, and help patients move forward with care.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Create a positive experience for patients, doctors, and team members.
• Manage Operations: Oversee staffing, daily operations, insurance processes, and compliance.
• Grow the Practice: Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, improve efficiency, and achieve goals.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dental experience , including 2+ years in leadership or management .
• Strong understanding of dental operations, insurance, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, hold people accountable, and drive results .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
