尽职调查与账户服务团队（“CORE Team”）是企业及机构银行业务部的一个组成部分，主要负责对企业及机构客户的尽职调查（Customer Due Diligence, “CDD”），为客户提供开户指导，见证及审核开户文件，以及账户重大变更等，致力于为客户提供优质、便捷、专业的银行服务，同时确保有效的风险控管。
根据中国人民银行令〔2025〕第12号（金融机构客户受益所有人识别管理办法）（2026年1月20日起生效），银行在尽职调查的过程中对客户的受益所有人识别与核实需要增加额外的工作：
1. 客户沟通： 与客户联系、沟通并获取受益人识别与核实所需的文件和信息。
2. 尽职调查： 根据上述中国人民银行12号令的要求，跟进并完成存量客户的受益所人识别与核实工作，包括对客户提供信息的核实与评估， BOMIS查询核对、客户跟进及差异反馈，AOS系统CDD信息变更模块的录入，以及文件存档等。
3. 系统操作与数据维护： 负责BOMIS系统的日常操作，包括按时完成整个CORE Team的每日的查询核对任务、录入及提交差异化报告、BOMIS台账的维护更新，以及AOS系统外的UBO数据记录及维护。
4. BOMIS 系统测试支持： 参与BOMIS相关系统调试与测试。
5. 团队其他支持工作。
职责管辖范畴：按照团队主管分配的订单和工作范围，在规定的SLA内及时准确的完成任务。在2027年底前完成对全部存量客户的受益所有人识别与核实。
