The role encompasses website development, conference presence, internal communications, and operational execution across technical audiences including pharma executives, scientists, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute refreshed brand identity and website
• Manage presence at major conferences, partner events, and industry forums
• Build platforms amplifying founder and researcher visibility and reach
• Create messaging and positioning targeting recruitment of technical talent
• Establish marketing processes and playbooks enabling faster execution

Requirements

• Proven track record building respected technology brands
• Experience as founding marketer at high-growth startup or brand leader at design-focused company
• Hands-on creative and operational execution across brand, content, and events
• Ability to learn complex technical domains and communicate to diverse audiences
• Strategic sophistication combined with attention to tactical details
